A bias cut skirt built to move. Cut from our matte jersey, the fabric has a fluid drape and a soft, dry hand that holds the line without stiffness. The bias falls close through the hip, then opens into a seamed flounce at the hem that catches with every step. A wide banded waistband keeps the top of the skirt smooth and clean under a top.
