We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 15 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase.
Please note that the processing of online returns may take up to 5 business days after the return has been received. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.
Merchandise returned after 15 days will be issued an PLANET gift card or PLANET online store credit.

Orders delivered to Canada are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package.

For orders being shipped outside of the United States, please be sure to use a valid street address and note that we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. We cannot guarantee that international orders will ship the next business day since additional verification is often necessary.
Most international shipments will be delivered within 5-10 business days; however, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs.
If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item. To issue an international return, please contact us, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Custom Duties and Foreign Taxes
Please note our customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes and/or other fees that their country may impose to permit delivery of their order. These additional fees will not be reflected during checkout. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. If the delivery is refused, the shipment and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from the total order refund. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
Your selected item may be in high demand or a special order we are making just for you. We will expedite what is currently in stock for immediate gratification. Backorders will be shipped as soon as available.

Because of our commitment to processing orders quickly, we are unable to make modifications once an order begins the fulfillment process. Returns and exchanges
Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in returns processing and your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Additionally, our customer service is experiencing a high volume of emails. As a result, replies may take longer than usual.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all merchandise within 2 weeks of receipt of order, unless otherwise noted as "Sale". Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn. They must be returned in the same condition it was shipped, INCLUDING ATTACHED TAGS. If the item is defective or shipped incorrectly, PLANET by Lauren G will pay for the return shipment. Items that are eligible for exchange may only be exchanged for the same style (size and color substitutions are permitted).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a shipping label will be sent via email for your use. When items are received by PLANET, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLANET will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to email@example.com
