Shipping

We begin processing all confirmed orders received by 1PM EST on the same business day (Monday-Friday excluding US holidays).

Standard Delivery: In-stock items will arrive 4-6 business days after your order is processed. FREE

Second Business Day: In-stock items will arrive in 2 business days after your order is processed. $25.00

Next Business Day: In-stock items will arrive by end of day on the business day after your order is processed. $32.00

All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam are shipped Standard via United States Postal Service. In-stock items will arrive in 4-8 business days after your order is processed. FREE

All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are shipped Standard via United States Postal Service. In-stock items will arrive in 5-7 business days after your order is processed; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days. FREE

If you are not absolutely delighted with an PLANET by Lauren G purchase, we make it easy for you to return it for free.

We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 15 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase.

Please note that the processing of online returns may take up to 5 business days after the return has been received. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.

***CANADA***
Orders delivered to Canada are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package.

NOTE: Items must be in stock for expedited delivery.  You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if there is a delay in processing

For orders being shipped outside of the United States, please be sure to use a valid street address and note that we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. We cannot guarantee that international orders will ship the next business day since additional verification is often necessary.

Most international shipments will be delivered within 5-10 business days; however, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs.

If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item. To issue an international return, please contact us, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Custom Duties and Foreign Taxes
Please note our customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes and/or other fees that their country may impose to permit delivery of their order. These additional fees will not be reflected during checkout. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. If the delivery is refused, the shipment and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from the total order refund. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

Your selected item may be in high demand or a special order we are making just for you. We will expedite what is currently in stock for immediate gratification. Backorders will be shipped as soon as available.

Don’t fret! We will pick up shipping on any packages that follow.

Unfortunately, shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order . Because of our commitment to processing orders quickly, we are unable to make modifications once an order begins the fulfillment process.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing times will work to your advantage.  If you have any additional questions about shipping your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Returns and exchanges

Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in returns processing and your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Additionally, our customer service is experiencing a high volume of emails. As a result, replies may take longer than usual.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all merchandise within 2 weeks of receipt of order, unless otherwise noted as "Sale". Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn. They must be returned in the same condition shipped, INCLUDING ATTACHED TAGS.

STEPS FOR AN EASY RETURN

2. Include in your email the following information:
     - Order Number
     - Details on why you are returning an item
     - Your phone number should you like to speak with a PLANET Stylist.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
A Customer Care Stylist will contact you (via email or phone) within 24 hours (most times within the hour).

After reviewing your request, a free shipping label will be sent via email for your use.

Once your items are received, reviewed and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and you will be notified by email.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, and GPay.

We are pleased to offer our customers a one-time price adjustment on the first markdown of full-priced merchandise, within 14 days of the original order date. We are not able to offer price adjustments for subsequent markdowns of merchandise.

Please email customerservice@shopplanetbylaureng.com, share your order info and proof of competitor’s pricing, so we can fulfill your request and adjust accordingly.  From date of credit, please allow 5-7 business days, dependent on banking institution. We will get back to you within 48 hours of request.

We are required to charge sales tax on orders where required by state law. For detailed assistance, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team.

PLANET by Lauren G uses the finest washable fabrics, so you can save on your dry cleaning bill. Please see individual care instructions for each item as some require extra special care.
